I came to Canada 10 years ago and lived in 4 different Canadian cities before finally calling Edmonton my home. I first thought about getting my realtor's licence back in 2010 but keeping in mind the cost associated with education and licensing I delayed it till 2017. My desire to learn about real estate, always had me searching about homes and the buying and selling process, on an ongoing basis. Along with my attitude to always wanting to learn, it helped me develop my skillset which I will use for my clients advantage.
Back in 2013, a really interesting incident happened that motivated me to get my license. A condo that a friend was renting was listed for sale and was not selling. I almost bought that condo for $152,000 where as another condo in the same complex sold for $184,000. I knew the problem with the condos were down to its tenants. That moment I knew I had to become a realtor to help sellers and buyers overcome these types of issues.
I believe that honesty and hardwork is the key to success in real estate. Whether you are buying, selling or thinking about investing, I will exercise my exceptional work ethic to be the difference in the transaction. It is very important to me to make sure my clients receive the highest level of customer service and in exchange having clients that want to use me again in the future and recommend me and my team. I want my clients to be provided for and feel good about referring me to their family and friends for their real estate needs. Happy clients are the best advertisement I could ask for.
