" My goal is to help my clients have the most positive experience. "
Susan was born at the Edmonton General Hospital and has lived in our great city all her life. Susan grew up on the South side of Edmonton and attended Richard Secord, D S Mckenzie, and Harry Ainlay schools and attended the University of Alberta. Her parents still live in the same house she grew up in! Susan was a kid that excelled at a variety of athletic activities. Susan told us "I wasn’t the most popular gal in high school but when I started to tell stories about my Dad being a Stampede Wrestler and also owning the Pyrogy House restaurants, I became the star". After highschool, Susan decided to work up in the mountains as a "lifty" and on the trailcrew at some of Alberta's amazing mountain resorts. Susan loves to explore all that Canada has to offer and she has seen our wonderful country from coast to coast via passenger trains while stopping to take in all of our great cities.
Susan has an unstoppable drive and when she decides to do something, she does it. Real Estate has been a passion of hers since she has previously bought and flipped homes in the Sherwood Park area. Her knowledge of homes comes from hands on experience, working for a builder, and then ultimately achieving her real estate license.
Susan is a unique character with a heart of gold. She loves a challenge and the relationships she has obtained over the years are extra special to her. Susan treats all her clients with respect and professionalism and when the transaction is complete they are friends.
"My goal is to help my clients have the most positive experience, and remember me when they are ready to purchase their next family home." Susan refers to herself as "a rare breed", but we think she fits in quite nicely with the Primeau and Co. team and we couldn't be happier to have her on our team!
