- Precise laser measurements taken by a professional so there are no discrepancies

- For Sale sign installed on your property (if allowed)

- Listing posted on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and

- Advertised on Primeau & Co. social media pages and Kijiji as necessary

- Custom designed informational brochures placed at your property to leave out for potential buyers to take at showings

- Open Houses hosted (if public health precautions allow)

- Email blast sent to local Realtors, Primeau & Co. buyer leads, centers of influence and past clients contacted in search of potential buyers

- Continued review of market conditions to ensure an accurate list price and marketing plan

- Scheduling of property showings with buyers and other Realtors

- Following up on viewings to obtain and provide buyer's feedback to you

- Boosted listing posts on Facebook and Instagram

- Negotiation of offers and counter offers

- Schedule and help you navigate through the findings of the home inspection

- Team of Realtors available 7 days a week to answer your questions and provide updates on your listing

- Access to our home selling professionals at a preferred rate, including: home stagers, carpet cleaners, window coverings, contractors, etc.

- Manage trust deposits and provide conveyancing of all listing and sale paperwork

- Copies of all completed paperwork provided to you
